Really, really happy 🙂 Highly recommend! I'm a software developer and my Surface Book wouldn't boot after a Windows Update! Microsoft support tried many things (and hours) to get it booting but gave up and said I should "Reset" and lose all my development environment! As a last resort I tried ABL IT and they got it working fast by finding and uninstalling the Windows Update that caused the problem. Awesome! I'm so happy 🙂 They have helped set it up for the future too to try and avoid further grief.

I was amazed about the ABL IT Service. They did a screen repair of my laptop within a couple of hours. Other computer repair services were offering 48 hour service at best. ABL IT staff was very professional and courteous. The price was very much the same as other quotes I received and well done to ABL IT. Booking service was online yet, there was a personal touch. I could meet the same person who I had text communication with. I was able to contact them over the weekend too. I am so pleased with the whole service from the first contact point to the finish. Thank you.
