Fantastic service. I was kept informed of progress at each step of the job via SMS and email. Staff are highly professional and knowledgeable - a big shout out to Paul who did the work, thank you. Very reasonable pricing on my job and a very fast turnaround time too. It's not often, in my experience, that you find IT support that fills you with immediate confidence, but this company did just that. They will definitely have my business again. Thank you very much.

Really, really happy 🙂 Highly recommend! I'm a software developer and my Surface Book wouldn't boot after a Windows Update! Microsoft support tried many things (and hours) to get it booting but gave up and said I should "Reset" and lose all my development environment! As a last resort I tried ABL IT and they got it working fast by finding and uninstalling the Windows Update that caused the problem. Awesome! I'm so happy 🙂 They have helped set it up for the future too to try and avoid further grief.

After a long career, mainly in IT, I provided business support functions to a Psychology Practice. The business had the potential for significant growth, so a sophisticated network based on a Microsoft Small Business Server was installed. This gave an immediate increase in reliability and function. A few years later I reached the point where I had two goals. One to retire and the other to see the Practice have a stable base to handle at least the next two years growth.

Also the backup and recovery offered by the more sophisticated systems has a strong client benefit. Businesses that haven’t had a serious Information Systems problem rarely understand how damaging this can be, and therefore appreciate the benefits of very fast recovery.
